A.M. till 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
REQUIRED BOOKING INFORMATION
In order to enter your reservation into our records, we
will need the following information from you:
· Your name, address, phone/fax number, and email
address
· Number of people in your party
· What dates you desire for your trip
· Specify if you prefer Fly or conventional fishing
· We will send forms requesting more detailed information
with your invoice
FORMS OF PAYMENT (for reservations)
Acceptable forms of payment to Goldon Fishing Expeditions
are: personal check, money order, cashier's check drawn
on a U.S.A. Bank, and credit card (MasterCard or Visa only).
We recommend that if you plan to use your Visa or Master
Card for payment of your Deposit or Balance, you call your
bank and alert them that you are authorizing a large dollar
amount charge to Goldon Fishing Expeditions. Sometimes credit
card companies will decline a charge when it is over a set
dollar limit.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are due (14) days after booking in our Breckenridge,
CO reservation office. Deposits are 50% of the rate times
the number of guests. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED until
your deposit is received. If no deposit is received and/or
posted 14 days after you have been invoiced, your reservation
is subject to cancellation.
FINAL PAYMENT
The final payment (the balance on your invoice) is due in
our Breckenridge, CO office 90 days before the departure
date of your trip. If payments are not received by the designated
time, Goldon Fishing Expeditions reserves the right to sell
the space in question with forfeiture of all monies previously
paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Payments made on your trip are refundable for cancellations
received, in writing, at least (91) days prior to your arrival
date with Goldon Fishing Expeditions, less an $800.00 per
person cancellation fee, ($500.00 of which may be applied
toward a future trip during the next consecutive fishing
season). If you cancel your trip, for whatever reason, (90)
days, or less, prior to your arrival date with Goldon Fishing
Expeditions, all payments made on your trip will be non-refundable.
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your
investment.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend Travel Insurance to protect your investment
should a family emergency, act of God, or other unforeseen
situation arise, which would cause you to cancel your trip.
We include a pamphlet from TRAVELSAFE insurance (http://www.travelsafe.ws)
with your invoice, when you book directly with Goldon Fishing
Expeditions. You can contact TRAVELSAFE directly by calling
1-888-885-7233. Regardless of the source
of your travel insurance we want you to be proactive in
protecting your investment.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
For United States citizens, an official, valid passport
is required to enter all foreign countries. Be advised that
required documentation is prone to revision; what was acceptable
last month or year, may not be so on the date you are traveling.
It is your responsibility to check with airlines or your
travel agent in order to insure that no changes have been
made by any government to re-structure their entry requirements.
DISCLAIMER
If you choose to book a portion of the trip with your own
travel agent or online, we request that you or your travel
agent send us your hotel, personal, and flight information
in a timely fashion (no later than with your final payment
which is due (61) days before you travel). We send out forms
for this purpose with your invoice. If you do not receive
them, or they get misplaced, please call us for replacements.
We waive responsibility for complications arising from the
last minute bookings of hotels, charters, and ground transfers,
though we will assist you to the best of our ability.
